SOMERSET SOLDERS - RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We operate a simple returns process as outlined below.

As a UK-based business, we comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.
For online/distance purchases this means:

◾ You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to notify us of cancellation for any reason (e.g., change of mind).
◾ You then have another 14 days to return the item.
◾ For faulty items we will arrange for either a repair, replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return costs (or collect at our expense). Rights extend up to 6 years for faults.
◾ Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back (or proof of return if we collect it), including the full item cost and standard delivery charges.

Exceptions:

◾The above does not apply to personalised/bespoke items, perishable goods, and sealed consumables if opened. All goods returned need to be unused and in as-new condition, returned in their original packaging.
◾If you buy in-person from the trade counter, no automatic right to return for change of mind. This policy does not affect your statutory or legal rights. For advice, contact Trading Standards or Citizens Advice.
◾The 14-day cooling off period applies to UK Customers only. International customers will be expected to cover the costs of returning the goods to us, and you are encouraged to contact us to discuss any exchanges, returns or replacements before returning any purchases.
