Delivery charges will be added at checkout and are based on what you have ordered and the delivery address.

Shipping your Order
Once your order has been processed, our warehouse team will pick and pack the goods with care using high-quality packaging so that your items arrive in excellent condition.
Wherever possible we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible from order receipt. We deliver to your door by APC, DHL and Royal Mail. An email will be sent to you once the goods have been dispatched with your parcel tracking number.
A Problem with your Order
Please carefully check your order upon receipt. If there is a problem with any items, please contact the Somerset Solders Sales Team immediately so that we can send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and form to help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
