The lead-free solder wire from Warton Metals, offers a fast wetting action with the Nexus Gold ROL1 No-clean flux core. This solder wire has been tested to industry standards including J-STD-004B and Bellcore GR78 Core (ECM). Classed as a ROL1 this flux has a Haide content of <0.5%.
This solder wire in a lead-free SAC305 alloy melts in the range of 217 - 219˚C and leaves minimal and clear flux residues that do not need to be removed. This solder wire in a 0.7mm gauge is ideal for PTH component work on printed circuit board soldering, both by automated or by hand soldering. Also excellent soldering results on copper, brass, nickel, and zinc.
