The LFM48U SUC-UI is a new solder paste designed for SMT placement of small parts such as 0201 and 01005 components.
New Flux chemistry provides:

Better volume deposits especially for 0201 and 01005 component footprints

Maintain a stable print volume and print shape throughout continuous printing

Maintain wetting with high or long reflow pre-heats

Can remove BGA de-wetting and "head-in-pillow" type defects

Ensures reliability with a no-clean flux
